B-Tec Electric has put in place the following Online Privacy Policy to protect customer identifiable information. This policy covers B-Tec Electric and applies to all customer identifiable information that B-Tec Electric obtains when a customer registers for or uses a B-Tec Electric service, including visiting a B-Tec Electric-owned and/or controlled website.

Security: B-Tec Electric has implemented technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your customer identifiable information from unauthorized access or improper use, and we will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technology becomes available.

Email Contents: B-Tec Electric will not read or disclose to third parties private email communications that are transmitted using B-Tec Electric services except as required to operate the service or as otherwise authorized by law.

Account Information: B-Tec Electric honors requests from customers for account information, for example, name, address, or billing information, and will correct any such information which may be inaccurate. Customers may verify that appropriate corrections have been made.
